The total stay was really nice during our visit. The breakfast was superb and nice, we loved coffee, milk, and cheese. The studio we stayed in was nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking vibrant Rua das Flores and comfortable bed.

Booked a room with a balcony. It had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. All of the staff was very friendly and proactive. The breakfast was absolutely superb, the check in was easy.

This hotel is centrally located on a beautiful pedestrian street, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed, with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the attached cafe offers a wonderful breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to Sao Bento station, surrounded by great restaurants and nightlife. Despite its central location, the apartment I stayed in was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing a seamless check-in process and going above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities and a lovely terrace to relax and enjoy the view.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, terrace and it's own balcony. Stayed here before now and I would stay here again.

The location is top, the check in is easy. A train station is walk from the hotel. The staff are all responsive and extremely helpful. The ambiance is quiet. Reasonably large and beautifully decorated rooms with a balcony are accompanied by excellent service.

The apartment was stunning and had a huge balcony overlooking the bustling main street. The bedroom at the back was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The lounge had a large sofa and the whole place was beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, with everything right on the doorstep. The host was extremely helpful, giving us a map and recommending places to visit.

The apartment was located on a pedestrian street, which made it inconvenient for drop-off and pick-up of luggage. Daily service was not provided, and with the warm weather, having an extra shower would have been nice.

We loved the superior suite which was well decorated with a pull out sofa. The location was exceptionally nice - ease of access to Historic Centre of Oporto.
